Founded in Italy
TEICO began its journey in Italy as a specialized geotechnical contractor committed to engineering precision and innovative slope stabilization. The company's early success was built on technical excellence and a passion for solving complex terrain challenges.
First GCC Office in Oman
Recognizing the growing demand for advanced slope protection in the Middle East, TEICO established its first GCC office in Oman, marking the start of long-term partnerships across the region's infrastructure and energy sectors.
Regional Leadership Established
By 2012, TEICO had become the region's preferred name in specialized geotechnical works, holding a dominant presence in slope stabilization, erosion control, and foundation engineering throughout the Gulf.
Landmark $28 Million Project
In 2013, TEICO executed a landmark $28 million slope protection project involving extreme-height installations that required aerial delivery of concrete and materials. It became the first company in the region to use helicopters for slope protection operations, redefining regional capability standards.
Acquisition by Marmol
TEICO was acquired by Marmol Integrated, forming TEICO-Marmol, a regional powerhouse with international reach. Marmol focused on the MENA region, while TEICO expanded globally—bringing world-class geotechnical expertise to projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
$200 Million Milestone
The group celebrated over $200 million worth of successfully completed geotechnical engineering projects, reinforcing its reputation for excellence, reliability, and large-scale project delivery.
Global Expansion
TEICO strengthened its presence in the GCC with new offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, while expanding operations into India and Australia to support the region's growing infrastructure demands.
North American Headquarters Established
